Moja Lees is currently the Strategy & Ideation Lead at DEUS.ai, where they focus on integrating human(ity)-centered AI solutions to create impactful, user-centric technology. With over two years of experience in design innovation, they previously served as the Design Thinking Lead at Galp's Renewables Innovation division, where they drove user-centered design initiatives to advance sustainable energy solutions. Prior to that, Moja worked extensively at IDEO in various roles from 2007 to 2019, specializing in human factors and design research. Moja holds a Master's degree in Industrial Design from Universität der Künste Berlin and has also studied at Politecnico di Milano and Akademia Sztuk Pięknych w Gdańsku.
