Birgit Maaß-Helwing is currently the leader of the customer team for office real estate and principles at Deutsche Bahn AG, specializing in large projects and residential management. They previously held various leadership positions at Deutsche Bahn from 2015 to 2018, including overseeing commercial, technical, and infrastructural facility management, as well as sales in Germany and property management. Prior to that, Birgit led the project development division at OBERMEYER from 2006 to 2011. Birgit is also pursuing a degree as a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Architecture from the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie.
