Daniel Mak

Daniel Mak is currently the Leiter (I.NI-N-B-P) for Groß- und Infrastrukturprojekte beweglicher Brücken at Deutsche Bahn, where they oversee significant infrastructure projects including the construction of Europe's largest hub-and-swing bridge. With a background in project management and quality management, Daniel has previously held the position of Senior Projektmanager at Siemens, managing international modernization projects, as well as various leadership roles in market research and programming. They hold multiple degrees including Dipl.-Wirt. Ing. and have comprehensive experience in infrastructure development, project planning, and team leadership. Daniel's expertise also extends to renewable energy projects and cross-functional collaboration in international settings.
