Jay Sheth is currently the Director and Head of Loan Syndications at Deutsche Bank, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, Jay served as an Executive Director at Standard Chartered Bank, where they focused on structuring and distributing debt instruments across Asia. Jay began their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Team Lead from 2004 to 2006 and later worked as an Associate Vice President at Kotak Investment Banking from 2008 to 2011, gaining experience in M&A, private equity, and capital market transactions. Jay holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from the Institute of Engineering & Management and a PGDM in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
