Rand Andrew is currently the Managing Director of Global Transaction Banking for the EMEA region at Deutsche Bank, where they focus on global network management, relationship management, and productivity and innovation. Previously, they served as Vice President and European Regional Head at Mellon Bank from 1994 to 1998 and as Senior Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. from 1998 to 2012, managing global bank network operations. Rand started their career as an Associate at Abu Dhabi International Bank from 1989 to 1991. They earned an M.B.A. in International Finance and a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Government and Russian Language from Oberlin College and Western Reserve Academy from 1991 to 1993.
