Andreas Epp

Andreas Epp serves as Vice President at the Center of Competences for mechanical manufacturing at DEUTZ AG since December 2021. In addition to this role, Epp has been a lecturer on work organization at Teutloff Technische Akademie gGmbH since March 2013 and a REFA teacher at REFA Nordwest e.V. since September 2012. Previously, Epp held the position of Plant Manager at Werk Herschbach from October 2019 to December 2021 and worked in various capacities at DEUTZ AG from August 2000 to September 2019, including Production Manager, Project Manager, Production Planner, and Machine Operator. Epp's educational background includes a degree in CNC machining from Deutz AG Herschbach (2000-2004), a Technical Business Administrator qualification from TA Hameln (2016-2017), and a Metal Industrial Master certification from IHK Neuwied (2008-2012).
