Julia Kretschmer

Julia Kretschmer is the Head of Shaft Center Production at DEUTZ AG, where they lead and develop a production team of over 150 employees, managing crankshaft and camshaft production for various engine lines. They previously served as a Global Manager for the DEUTZ Production System, coordinating global lean teams and establishing production standards. Julia has held several roles in the manufacturing sector, including Lean Coordinator at Burckhardt Compression, where they led improvement projects and managed a team of employees. They earned a Diploma in Business Administration and Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University. Additionally, Julia contributed as a student assistant at the Werkzeugmaschinenlabor WZL der RWTH Aachen and completed an internship at Alstom Switzerland Ltd.
