Dev-Build have carried out, to name just a few, New Builds, Renovations, Indoor and Outdoor Swimming Pools, Conversions, Extensions and Kitchen Refurbishments etc.
We have also purchased properties at Auction which we have either renovated or built new and re-sold, so we understand fully, the need for budgeting and for time scaling projects.

We also understand that not all our customers can visualise the finished product from a few line drawings. As we want to achieve the best possible results, we sometimes suggest improved alternatives to achitects designs, as layouts can become more obvious during the progression of a build.
