Dev4 was launched in 2024 to provide elegant product and business solutions for physicians and centers of care within extremity orthopedics. We have a focused, agile leadership team with over 60 years of experience in orthopedic product development, operations, and sales. Let us show you a better way of meeting your surgical and business needs!

Our values:

Focus

At Dev4 we have a relentless focus on surgery in the extremities. We believe that there are still many opportunities to improve patient outcomes in the hand, wrist, foot, and ankle. The vastly different environments of the ambulatory surgery centers and large trauma centers should drive solutions that meet each unique need in context.

Responsiveness

We believe that there is a pressing need for personal service for our physician and business customers. Automated call centers and lengthy contracts may be necessary for the megacompanies, but when you contact Dev4, you'll receive fast, personal connections in real time, every time. We view responsiveness to be just as important to our customers as technical prowess or competitive pricing.

Balance

Every orthopedic company website cites "innovation" as a key value. In the name of innovation, our competitors pursue over-engineered product features that provide no clinical advantages, which negatively affects the complexity of surgical procedures and leads to increased costs. We believe that true innovation calls for elegant solutions which balance time-tested and innovative product features to create attractive value propositions.
