Meltem Çelep is currently the R&D Chief at Deva Holding, having progressed through various roles within the company since 2014, including R&D Analytical Development Specialist and Senior Specialist. Prior to this, Meltem completed an internship at Mustafa Nevzat İlaç in 2003. Meltem holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Trakya Üniversitesi and a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Industry Management from Acıbadem Üniversitesi.
