Sudesh Shetye has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a career spanning over a decade. Sudesh held the position of Team Leader at Deva from November 2014 to February 2023, focusing on formulation and development. Prior to that, Sudesh worked as a Formulation Scientist at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from June 2012 to December 2014, specializing in formulation development using Quality by Design (QbD) methodologies and contributing to 505(b)(2) projects. Sudesh began the career as a Research Associate at Unichem Laboratories Limited from August 2009 to June 2012. Sudesh currently serves as the Research and Development Manager at DEVA Holding A.Ş., starting in January 2023. Sudesh obtained a Master in Pharmacy degree from Goa University between 2007 and 2009.
