Yıldız Al is a Senior Product Manager for Rare Diseases at Deva Holding, where they have been actively engaged since 2022. Prior to this role, Yıldız held key positions at Kampotu İlaç Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, among others. Yıldız began their career as a Tıbbi Mümessil at Sanovel İlaç and Nycomed Takeda Company. They earned a Master's degree in Marketing Communication from Istanbul Bilgi University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Uludağ University.
