Iryna Polova

Iryna Polova is currently the Head of HR Department at Devart. Previously, Iryna held the role of Human Resources Director at Work.ua and Talent Acquisition Partner at SoftServe. Prior to that, Iryna served as a Talent Acquisition Lead and HR Business Partner at BADM Ltd. Iryna started their career as a Recruiter at Profiline. Iryna holds a Master's degree in Psychology and has completed additional education in HRD and Professional Coaching programs. With a strong background in HR, Iryna has successfully led teams, developed HR processes, and hired top talent across various companies in Ukraine.
