Lance Smith

Lance Smith is a practicing attorney at DEVAUGHN JAMES LLC since November 2022, following experience as an Associate Attorney at Goodell Stratton Edmonds & Palmer, LLP from May 2020 to November 2022 and as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Third Judicial District from May 2019 to May 2020. Prior to embarking on a legal career, Lance served as the Director of Student Workers for the Marketing and PR Department at Culver-Stockton College from August 2014 to May 2017, overseeing student workers and managing office operations. Early work experience includes a position as a Lifeguard at Sun N' Surf from May 2010 to September 2013. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law and a degree from Culver-Stockton College, along with attendance at Canton R-V High School.
