Bethany Alex has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bethany currently serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at DevBatch, a technology solutions company specializing in custom software development, mobile application development, web development, and blockchain development. Prior to this, they were the Strategic Alliance Manager for Microsoft ISV/VAR Partners at Nodus Technologies, where they played a crucial role in integrating secure B2B credit card processing and ACH/eCheck processing into Microsoft Dynamics GP, Business Central, and CRM systems. Before that, they served as the Strategic Alliance Manager to Microsoft at Avalara, focusing on automating sales tax compliance in the cloud. Bethany also held various roles at Adobe, including Sr. Partner Manager, Sr. Manager of the Enterprise Sales Team, and Team Lead of the Enterprise Account Manager. Bethany'searlier work experience includes being a Manager at Rational and Global Business Development Manager at Network Commerce.

Bethany Alex received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Washington between the years 2002 and 2006. Bethany then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Seattle Pacific University from 2008 to 2010, specializing in Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, Bethany obtained several certifications to further enhance their skill set. In 2021, they completed the "Data Visualization: Best Practices" certification from LinkedIn. In 2020, they obtained the "Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft. Bethany acquired the "Leadership Through Social Influence" certification from Coursera in 2019 and the "Introduction to User Experience Design" certification from Coursera in 2018. Lastly, in 2018, they also obtained the "Blockchain Basics" certification from Coursera.
