Imran Khan

Imran Khan has extensive work experience in HR and management roles. Imran started their career in 2005 as a Team Lead for Horizon International, where they were responsible for recruitment. In 2007, they joined MRI Worldwide Dubai as a Search Consultant, focusing on technology recruitment for various sectors. In 2010, Imran worked as a Manager HR for GameView Studios Pvt Ltd, handling end-to-end HR functions and employee relations.

In 2013, Imran took on the role of Director HR at Jiffy Software and later joined DevBatch as a Consultant in BD, Sales, and Marketing. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at INTECH Process Automation, holding various positions, including HRBP for the Americas BU and HRBP for the Americas & Africa BU.

Throughout their career, Imran has demonstrated expertise in people interventions, strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, change management, and team building. Imran has also been involved in designing and delivering targeted solutions, facilitating learning and development efforts, and managing colleague engagement.

Imran's most recent position is Director HR at INTECH Process Automation, where they are responsible for leading HR initiatives and driving colleague engagement.

Imran Khan obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Information Technology from Bahauddin Zakariya University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including "Building Blocks of Human Resource Management" from Lahore University of Management Sciences (obtained in November 2014), "Cultural Sensitivity & Customer Centricity" from Navitus (obtained in June 2014), "Time Management & Stress Control" from Octara Private Limited - A Tranzum Enterprise (obtained in February 2014), "Leader as Coach" from Octara Private Limited - A Tranzum Enterprise (obtained in January 2014), "Head Hunting & Executive Search" from MRI Worldwide Dubai (obtained in August 2007), and "SHRM - SCP" from SHRM (obtained in December 2014).
