DevBorn has been connecting US companies with Argentina and Uruguay's top engineering talent for nearly a decade.

Since 2016, we've completed 150+ successful placements with a 90% contractor retention rate — because we don't just match resumes to roles. We find engineers who integrate into your team, ship from day one, and stay.

What we do:
→ Staff Augmentation: Senior developers, DevOps engineers, QAs, designers, and PMs who work in your timezone and join your rituals
→ Staff-to-Hire: Work with our engineers first, then convert to direct hire when you're ready — zero risk

Why engineering leaders choose DevBorn:
• 10 years of placing LATAM talent with US startups and scale-ups
