Deepak Elson

Deepak Elson is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in both IT and Non-IT sectors across the United States. As the Team Lead for Recruitment at DevCare Solutions since December 2024, Deepak has successfully led a team of recruiters while collaborating with state government clients. Prior to this role, Deepak served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Klap6 Technologies and has held similar positions at VySystems and Newgen KnowledgeWorks Pvt Ltd, focusing on aligning client needs with effective hiring strategies. Deepak's career began as an Operations Project Manager at TNQ Technologies, where management of the publication process was a key responsibility. Deepak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Loyola College and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Pondicherry University, complemented by foundational studies in Computer Science from Don Bosco High School in India.
