Jim McDougall

Jim McDougall is an experienced Business Analyst and Project Manager with a strong background in software development, implementation, and infrastructure projects. Currently contracted with DevCare Solutions to the State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services, McDougall manages software development and maintenance. Previous roles include Business Analyst positions at The Brixton Group and the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, where McDougall oversaw the implementation of a Legal Mail validation system. As a Senior Business Analyst at Atash Enterprises, McDougall supported Medicaid and Fiscal projects for the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. Additional experience includes project management roles at JP Morgan Chase, Excel Management Systems, and ABB Inc., with a foundational education in commerce and systems from Laurentian University and further studies at the University of Waterloo.
