Cynthia Billops

Cynthia Billops is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management and web services. Currently serving as the Director of Programs at /dev/color since December 2018, Cynthia focuses on creating supportive environments for Black software engineers, emphasizing the importance of mentorship, learning opportunities, and networking. Previously, Cynthia held the position of Director of Web and Data Services at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco from June 2015 to June 2018, and earlier worked as the Webmaster at the same organization from July 2008 to June 2015.
