Oleh Hlushko

Oleh Hlushko has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Oleh began their career as an Economist - Financial Analyst at PE VODREM-PLUS from February 2009 to November 2011. Oleh then worked as an Accountant at the same company from December 2014 to December 2016.

In 2016, Oleh joined PW Gaber as an HR Generalist, where they were involved in end-to-end recruitment projects and various HR tasks until February 2018. From February 2018 to April 2019, they worked as a Sourcing Specialist at Novartis, contributing to the company's innovative healthcare solutions.

During the same period, Oleh also held the position of Associate Recruiter at Korn Ferry, where they improved recruitment processes and attracted top talent.
