John Medina

John Medina is an experienced construction professional specializing in project management and supervision. Currently serving as a Project Superintendent at Devcon Construction since July 2019, John has held similar roles at KPRS Construction Services, Inc., Driver Urban, and American Multifamily, overseeing various large-scale projects, including a significant 8.2-acre development comprising 544 apartments. In addition to construction roles, John contributed to the San Jose Conservation Corps and Charter School as a member of the Board of Directors from September 2019 to September 2023. John began a career in construction management as a Project Manager at Los Angeles Conservation Corps and served as Superintendent at Hill Contracting Group.
