Scott Kim is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction and operations engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Devcon Construction since July 2016, Scott oversees projects from pre-construction to completion, effectively managing risk, communication, resources, quality, schedules, contracts, and costs. Previously, Scott held positions in the United States Air Force, including Branch Head of Operations Engineering, where management of a diverse team of 220 personnel and a $2M annual budget was essential.
