Stephen Archer is an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil engineering, holding a degree from Santa Clara University. Since October 2012, Stephen has worked at Devcon Construction, progressing from project engineer to senior project engineer and currently serving as project manager. Responsibilities include client contact, coordination with architects and engineers, project scheduling, and cost control. In addition, Stephen has been employed as a real estate agent at Legacy Living Realty since May 2022 and previously worked as a facility coordinator at Pat Malley Fitness and Recreation Center from June 2006 to September 2009.
