Ritesh Pancholi

Ritesh Pancholi is the current Senior Technical Project Manager at DevDigital, a position they have held since July of 2017. Prior to this, they were the Head of Department for LMS & PHP at the company from February of 2020. Their responsibilities included working with Project Managers to plan and execute projects, ensuring teams had the appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remained on target to meet deadlines. Ritesh also led, developed, and managed Learning Management Systems for various clients and grew the LMS division and thus the company in E-Learning domain.

Pancholi has a long history of working in computer programming and software development. Ritesh began their career as a computer programmer, writing detailed technical procedures for software solutions. Ritesh then evolved into a software developer, creating prototypes for new software solutions. As they gained more experience, they began to take on more responsibility for leading and managing teams of developers. In their current role as Project Manager, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of DevDigital’s projects, from budgeting to timelines to employee performance.

Ritesh Pancholi has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Software Engineering from Sardar Patel University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the same school. Ritesh is also certified by Udemy in Python for Data Science and Machine Learning, and is an IBM DB2 certified professional.
