Todd B. Cutick

Todd B. Cutick is an accomplished Systems Engineering Fellow at EXB Solutions, specializing in Model-Based Systems Engineering for turbofan engine development, and has been with the company since March 2023. As Regional Manager at DevDimensions since May 2017, Todd provides strategic systems engineering and software architecture for national defense and law enforcement systems. Todd’s career includes significant contributions at The MITRE Corporation as System Engineering Director, focusing on process engineering and acquisition management, and at Northrop Grumman as Managing Systems Engineer in the IT/JDISS Program Office. Todd's experience also encompasses software and systems engineering roles at Secon, Inc. and Booz Allen Hamilton, as well as leadership in the USAF Joint Milstar Program Office. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, a certificate in Enterprise Resource Planning from Regis University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
