On behalf of our team, welcome to our page. At the heart of the real estate recession of 1990, Develeko was formed. During the toughest time in Canadian real estate history, our founder developed a formula that helped save our clients money and maximize on their investment during a time when people were lucky to break even.

How?
We partnered with many construction companies. Develeko owns and has investments in many smaller companies, from excavation, framing, flooring, kitchen and bath; we own many of the companies working on your home. We make our money by doing the work, giving us the ability to provide you with the best value for your investment. Here at Develeko, we leverage our connections as both builders and tradesmen to get the best possible prices on labour and material, allowing us to save you a ton on your project.

Where does that leave our clients?
It leaves you in a fixed price contract with no surprise extra costs or uncertainties, allowing you to sleep comfortably knowing that the project will be completed within your budget.

Dollar for dollar, we build a superior product while exceeding all of your budget expectations.

Our mission at Develeko is to give you a project that you will love, while making sure that you are happy before, during and after its completion.

One of the best ways we can do so is to get you as educated as possible about the building process. Below, you can receive our free e-book titled “How to Choose Your Contractor”. It will be your most important research before your next project.

We look forward to working together and helping you maximize your investment.

Thank you,
The Develeko Team
