Kevin Hammond is the CEO of develop, a recruitment business made up of multiple brands that scales software engineering teams across the UK, Germany, and the USA. They lead the company. Earlier, they were a Founding Director of Ampersand Consulting from 2012 to 2020. They also served as Senior Client Account Director at Zalando (on site via develop) from 2021 to 2023. They earned a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science from Leeds Beckett University (2003–2006).
