Crystal Pham

Crystal Pham is a Process Automation Strategist at RPA, where they focus on customer experience, product, and AI strategy. Previously, Crystal gained experience as a UX Design Intern at JPMorgan Chase, working on process optimization redesign, and as a UX Design & Marketing Assistant at UC Irvine, supporting university advancement and alumni relations. They served as President and Vice President of Marketing & Design for the Management Information Student Society. Crystal is pursuing their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems at the University of California, Irvine, and has also studied at Yonsei University.
