The Personal Development People (PDP) are professional leadership mentors, coaches and business development specialists.

Our aim is simple, 'Improving people in your business is our business'.

We believe that before any business can grow, the leaders of the business must be prepared to grow themselves. Whether this is challenging long held beliefs, understanding how better they behave & communicate, becoming more emotionally intelligent or receiving difficult feedback.

Leadership is a privilege but without training too many managers are left unsupported as they undertake their leadership journey's.

At PDP we combine 30 years of strategic leadership in the UK emergency services with over 27 years of organisational training & development from the retail, care and further education sectors to provide up to date tools combined with a unique, rich diversity of strategic and operational experience to provide that perfect balance of building and knowing yourself at the same time as building and growing your business.

We apply our own tools and methods on our own business ensuring we are always learning and developing to enhance the client experience. Our clients are SME business owners through to international manufacturing companies.

Our training delivery has received regional awards for delivery and expertise. All of our packages are bespoke to the clients needs and our mentors & coaches are qualified in a range of disciplines ensuring we can offer professional, engaging and trustworthy client support.

We are in the business of improving the people in your business so that they become better leaders, better employers, better employees and all round better and more tolerant humans.
