Fraser Perry

Fraser Perry is an experienced professional in the mining and finance sectors, currently serving as the General Manager of Business Development at DEVELOP since October 2025. Previously, Fraser held various roles at Resource Capital Funds from August 2020 to October 2025, progressing from Analyst to Investment Manager. Fraser's expertise as a Mining Engineer was developed during tenures at companies such as Glencore, where responsibilities included strategic optimization of copper assets, and Evolution Mining, focusing on production planning and financial modeling. Early career experience includes positions as an underground miner and geologist, as well as leadership roles in academic and professional organizations. Fraser holds a Master's degree in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Engineering (Mining) and Science (Geology) from UNSW.
