Jarrad Lyster

Jarrad Lyster is currently the Mine Foreman at DEVELOP and the Director of Salus Engineering, where they focus on innovative safety solutions for underground and open-pit mining. Their career includes various roles in prominent mining companies, beginning as a Charge Up operator and progressing to positions such as Jumbo Operator and Shift Supervisor. Since 2016, Jarrad has led Salus Engineering in developing products like Shakedown Mats and Boltsafe Indicators, underscoring their commitment to enhancing mine safety. Jarrad holds a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness from Curtin University and has completed the Ignition program in Business and Law.
