Will Kempster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the tech and recruitment industries. Currently serving as the Foundation Director at Developer DAO since November 2021, Will focuses on accelerating education and impact for web3 builders. Additionally, Will advises HashLeap on product marketing and growth operations while leading P3RKS as the Founder since July 2022. Will's previous roles include Head of Growth at Talent Point, where in-house talent solutions were provided to tech-driven businesses, and various positions at Growable, including Founder and JavaScript Talent Lead. Will holds multiple certifications in web development and digital marketing, including a Full Stack Web Development Certification from Free Code Camp and a BSc in Management (Marketing) from Swansea University.
