Bryan de la Cruz

Bryan De La Cruz possesses extensive experience in telecommunications and information technology, specializing in Genesys solutions, including PureConnect and PureCloud. Currently serving as a Developer since September 2011, Bryan has held various roles, including Genesys Developer at Ally from 2021 to 2023, where responsibilities included IVR development and integration with systems such as AWS and Salesforce. Previous positions include Senior Information Technology Engineer at Island Mountain Development Group, Telecom Engineer/IT Manager at BorrowWorks, and numerous contract roles as a Telecommunications Engineer. Bryan has a strong track record in automating processes, enhancing system integration, and designing technical documentation. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology at Colorado Technical University, with an expected graduation in 2024.
