Lesya Yakushko

Lesya Yakushko has a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Labour Economics from Kiev National Economy University. At Developex, they worked as an IT Recruiter, Recruitment Team Lead/HR, Senior Recruiter, and currently holds the position of Recruitment Lead. They have experience mentoring recruiters, leading recruitment teams, conducting interviews, and handling the full recruitment life cycle. Prior to Developex, they also worked as an HR/Recruiter at softevol and in HR at Tangram Ukraine Ltd.
