Roma Romanik

Roma Romanik has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and automation engineering. They started their career as a Junior Researcher at the Institute for Condensed Matter Physics of National Academy of Science of Ukraine in November 2012 and worked until January 2015. In 2015, they joined SoftServe as a Test Automation Engineer Trainee for a few months before moving to MalkosUA / CoreValue as a Jr. Automation Engineer from May to December.

In December 2015, Roma Romanik joined CoreValue Services as a Middle Automation Test Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for developing a UI test automation framework to support various testing requirements such as testing on real iOS devices and desktop web browsers, data-driven testing, and customized test-run reports. They worked in this position until April 2017.

From April 2017 to June 2018, Roma Romanik served as a QA Automation Lead at QArtrock. Then, they worked as a Test Automation Coach at Quality Assurance Group from April 2016 to September 2018.

In July 2018, Roma Romanik started working at DataClarity Corporation as a QA Technical Lead until March 2022. During this time, they gained experience and expertise in technical leadership in QA.

Currently, Roma Romanik is employed at Developex as a Lead QA Automation Engineer, starting from March 2022.

Roma Romanik attended the SoftServe IT Academy in 2014 as a trainee in Test Automation and Quality Control. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued a PhD in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics at ICMP NASU. In 2009-2011, they also studied English Language at Green Forest. Roma's educational background includes a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, which they completed between 2004 and 2009.
