JR Rickerson is an experienced software consultant and owner of Red Rivet Studios since October 2010, specializing in auditing software teams and enhancing software development processes. Currently serving as a lead instructor at DevelopIntelligence, JR Rickerson facilitates a comprehensive bootcamp focused on DevOps concepts and software practices. Previous roles include senior software development positions at companies such as Sage and Ciena, where JR Rickerson contributed to significant projects involving web-based applications and automated testing. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University, JR Rickerson has a diverse skill set in software development, team management, and education.
