Jennifer Matthews has had extensive experience in the sales and marketing industry. Jennifer currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales at Developlus Inc, a role they have held since August 2019. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as a Director of Sales at Maesa from April 2016 to June 2019. During their time at Maesa, they managed various accounts, launched multiple products, and negotiated deals with retailers such as Walmart and Target.
Before joining Maesa, Jennifer worked at L'Oréal in different roles. From January 2014 to February 2016, they served as the Director of Sales (Field Sales) and was responsible for developing the strategic building blocks for the ethnic hair care, hair color, and men's hair care and shave businesses in Canada and within USA Alternative Channels of distribution. Prior to this, they held the position of Director, National Retail Accounts at L'Oréal from February 2011 to January 2013. In this role, they led a team in developing the Soft Sheen-Carson portfolio and negotiated promotional and distribution agreements with CVS.
Jennifer's career in the industry began at Unilever HPC, where they worked as a Brand Manager from September 2000 to February 2004. In this role, they led cross-functional teams, developed marketing plans, and implemented campaigns for both mainstream and ethnic markets.
Throughout their career, Jennifer has consistently achieved sales growth, exceeded quotas, and launched numerous successful products and line extensions.
Jennifer Matthews has an MBA in Marketing from Emory University - Goizueta Business School. Jennifer also holds a BS in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In addition, Jennifer has a certification in American Counsel on Exercise.
