Emma Sandford

Emma Sandford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global operations and program management. Currently serving as Global Operations Manager at Development Beyond Learning since September 2021, Emma has also held various roles including Delivery Lead, Senior Programme Manager, and Delivery Programme Manager. Prior to this, Emma was Head of PS Operations for the UK at The Myers-Briggs Company from January 2019 to July 2020. Emma's career began at OPP, where responsibilities included Consultancy Operations Manager, Lead Operations Coordinator, and Operations Coordinator from May 2011 to December 2018. Earlier experience includes a position as Service Coordinator at MWB Business Exchange from July 2009 to September 2010. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University, which was obtained from 2007 to 2011.
