Irina Gaister

Irina Gaister, SHRM-SCP, ACC, is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as a Learning & Development Trainer at Development Beyond Learning since 2024. Gaister has a strong background in designing and executing comprehensive training programs, notably having worked as a Senior Manager of Learning and Development in 2022-2023, where content creation and event facilitation were key responsibilities. Previously, Gaister held the position of Director of Learning and Development at Ark Mortgage, building strategic programs to enhance technical skills and leadership capabilities. Gaister also contributed significantly to AxiomSL as the lead for employee development in a fast-growing FinTech environment and managed employee engagement initiatives at Barclays. Gaister began a career in finance with Goldman Sachs, managing client relations within derivative operations. Gaister holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations.
