Josh MacKenzie

Josh Mackenzie is an accomplished professional with a robust background in leadership and business development. As the Chair and Founder of Development Beyond Learning (DBL) since September 2007, Mackenzie has focused on a mission to support one million young people annually by 2025, collaborating closely with the CEO and team to shape the organization’s vision and culture. Previously serving as CEO, Mackenzie played a pivotal role in transforming DBL from a startup operating from dining room tables to an impactful international business with offices in Sydney and London. Additional experience includes serving as a Strategic Advisor for Uhubs, Director at Shift International, and holding various consulting roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Early career leadership was demonstrated as National Director at AIESEC. Educational credentials include a Business Management degree with a focus on Marketing and Strategic Management from The University of Queensland.
