Kate Mahony

Kate Mahony is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Global Product Director at Development Beyond Learning since July 2023, Kate previously held prominent positions at EY Lane4, including Director of the UKI Learning Lab and Director of Digital Transformation from January 2020 to November 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Lane4 Management Group as the Director of Strategic Planning and Product Director of Talent Management and Assessment. Kate's early career involved significant roles at Nortel and Deloitte Consulting, culminating in substantial financial leadership positions with a focus on business investment decisions. Academically, Kate holds a BA and MA in Pure and Applied Biology from the University of Oxford, an MSc in Environmental Economics from the University of London, and a specialization in Digital Transformation Strategies from the University of Cambridge.
