Ligia Miranda is a Human Development Consultant and Mentor with over five years of experience in workshops and lectures focusing on diversity and inclusion, emotional intelligence, and mental strength. Currently, they are the Founder and Consultant at Mindfulness in Company and volunteer as a mentor for young professionals at Grupo Mulheres do Brasil. Previously, Ligia held leadership roles in the Oil and Gas industry, including the first Operations Manager at British Gas in Brazil, and has vast experience in project and operations management. Ligia has an International MBA in Project Management and multiple qualifications in neuroscience, well-being, and coaching, making them a versatile expert in their field.
