Development Facilitators, Inc. (DFI) is a multi-disciplined consulting engineering organization based in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. DFI offers project management and inspection services, as well as survey services to help clients with their projects. Ray Streib, a professional engineer, P.E., started DFI in 1978 after multiple requests from a group of private developers in Anne Arundel looking for a civil engineering firm to assist in facilitating the permitting process for their projects.
