Susan Stout is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in development and policy evaluation. Currently serving as a Senior Results Advisor at Development Gateway since September 2012 and as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Georgetown University since January 2014, Stout has also held roles as a consultant at the Independent Evaluation Group of the World Bank and various development firms. With prior experience at the World Bank, where Stout was a Manager for over two decades, and a tenure as a consultant in results management with the State Planning Organization, Stout has demonstrated a commitment to improving health and population policies. Stout holds a Doctorate in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an AB in East Asian Studies from Vassar College.
