DIH is a licenced not-for-profit organisation established in 2022 under the laws of Ghana. The organisation seeks to advance broad-based, inclusive, and active participation of citizens, especially young men and women in the transformative agenda of Ghana in particular and Africa in general. As an Africa-based organisation, DIH leverages knowledge, skills, expertise, and experiences of well informed and results-oriented individuals and groups to rollout strategies and interventions that build, hone, and empower young people.

We create durable spaces for inclusive engagement, idea sourcing, innovation and skills development in an equitable, socio-culturally acceptable, economically rewarding and environmentally sustainable manner.
