Public Association “Development Policy Institute” founded by citizens of Kyrgyzstan in 2009, provides assistance to the government, municipalities, and local communities of the Kyrgyz Republic, and implements projects of donor organizations in accordance with its mission. 
DPI’s mission is to assist local communities and governing bodies in exercising the rights and opportunities of a person to live with dignity.
