Jacob Karamol, LEED AP, is the Managing Principal at Development Solutions, Inc., with a career in the commercial real estate and construction industry beginning in 1999. Currently, they oversee the sales and marketing endeavors at Development Solutions, where they apply their extensive knowledge in real estate development and design-build construction. Jacob has been instrumental in numerous projects encompassing over 900 acres and more than 10 million square feet of construction. Since 2023, they have also served as the Managing Principal and Owner of DSI South, a firm specializing in high-performance construction services. Jacob continues their education at DePaul University.
