Tim Sopalski

Tim Sopalski joined the Trust and Estate Industry in the spring of 2013 and has over 15 years of experience working with high-net-worth clients to achieve their financial objectives. Tim began their career as Director of Client Relations at Independent Trust Company of America, progressing to Vice President and Trust Officer, before becoming Vice President and Trust Department Manager at The Bank of Commerce. In 2024, Tim took on the roles of Estate Planning Specialist at Alan R. Harrison Law and Foundation Director for DWI, while also operating My Fiduciary Consultant. Tim holds multiple degrees from Utah State University and has earned the Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) certification, alongside various accolades such as the Greater Idaho Falls Distinguished Under 40 in 2019. Currently, Tim serves as President of the Pocatello Estate Planning Council and engages actively in their community through various organizations.
