Dumitrița Marcuța

Dumitrița Marcuța is currently the Head of Administration & HR at DevelopmentAid, where they have held various roles since 2015. Previously, Dumitrița served as a Lecturer at USM - Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, teaching Spanish Lexicology and Semantics, and worked as a Spanish Teacher at the Republican College of Informatics and Lyceum "Vasile Lupu." Dumitrița has also gained experience as a Contract Manager at RightAngle Global and has held multiple HR and administration positions at DevelopmentAid. Additionally, they worked as a Spanish Translator for FS PATENT LTD and Proirvas, and as a Recruitment Management Assistant at European Management Solutions.
